Morning

Princess Diana’s day started at 7 am sharp. If it was possible, Diana chose to have a morning swim session or otherwise she’d tend to the needs of her children – Prince Charles and Prince Harry. If she didn’t exercise in the morning, she’d normally resort to some stretching before eating breakfast. Breakfast typically consisted fruit (most likely pink grapefruit), muesli, toast and a cup of coffee. Following breakfast at around 9 am, Diana's hairdresser would arrive to style her hair. Meanwhile, she’d socialize with friends over the phone.

Afternoon

The afternoon was usually spent meeting and lunching with friends at restaurants. Sometimes, however, the British Princess hosted business lunches at home. Later in the afternoon, Diana spent around one hour sorting her correspondence and often received guests from the different charity organizations she was involved with. Occasionally, she headed to her offices at St. James’ places or visited Charles’s and Harry’s school to watch them play sport.

Evening

Evenings were more solitary, Diana often retired to bed and ate a light supper while watching TV.

Night

Diana had a special bedtime routine when her children were younger, she recounts “I hug my children to death. I get in bed with them at night and hug them… I always say, ‘Whole loves you most in the whole world?’ and they always say, ‘Mommy…’.
