Monroe typically ate a simple dinner. For example, on her way home, she’d stop by the market near her hotel and buy steak, lamb chops or liver. She broiled the meat herself using an electric oven in her room and eat it with four to five carrots. For a little treat after drama class, Monroe fell into the habit of stopping at Will Wright’s ice cream parlour for a hot fudge sundae.
