Daily Routine
As part of her exercise routine, Grace Kelly walked briskly for an hour daily and sometimes went on longer hikes with friends. Kelly also occasionally practiced yoga.
As for her diet, Kelly admitted that she had no time for crash diets as they would make her "nervous and bad-tempered". Instead she strived to eat "the right things" such as whole-meal bread and small portions of yogurt and berries. She avoided excess sugar and had avoided desserts. Kelly was a prolific snacker and following a typical oatmeal breakfast would snack on carrot sticks, celery, and dried apricots if she got hungry before 11 am.

Daily Routine
Paul Walker’s daily routine revolved around sport and exercise. Walker had to ensure his body was physically fit for his roles in the Fast & Furious films therefore he followed a strict workout regime to maintain minimal body fat. Each morning Walker started the day with 3 strenuous hours of exercise, usually broken down into 2 hours of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and 1 hour of Muay Thai kickboxing. He also had other leisure activities which included canoeing, surfing, fishing, basketball and many other sports.
Walker’s stuck to a strict diet when it came to his eating habits. He followed a paleo/paleolithic diet which meant he avoided foods with processed flours and sugars and ate plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and meat.
Morning
Bruce Lee typically woke up at 7 am, stretched, and went for a run. Lee returned home at 8:30 am to eat breakfast and spend some time with his kids until about 9:30 am. He would then take some free time before teaching his private lessons at 10 am.
Afternoon
From 11 am to 3 pm Lee would eat lunch, do some script writing as well as teach. 3 pm to 4:30 pm was when he performed his own workouts and training. After which, he would enjoy some free time and play with his kids from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
Evening
Lee would have his dinner and workout some more with his students and friends from 6 pm to around 9 pm.
Night
At night, the martial artist would read and write from 9 pm to 11 pm and then go to bed for his typical eight hours of sleep.
Daily Routine
Audrey Hepburn woke up at 7:30 am to say goodbye to her husband, Andrea Dotti, as he left for university. On her way home, she’d visit the local store to do some shopping. Hepburn always ate breakfast, normally opting for a couple eggs, whole-grain toast and coffee with milk. Every month she’d have a dedicated ‘detox day’ wherein she only ate fresh fruit, vegetables and yoghurt.
In the afternoon, Hepburn usually worked and cleaned the apartment before later meeting Andrea to accompany him home from work. The British Actress did not party frequently but had a large social network and preferred more intimate dinner parties or visits to restaurants. Before taking a shower, Monroe made a morning drink of milk mixed with two raw eggs and heated it using a hot plate in her hotel room. She drank it while getting dressed and usually took some multi-vitamin pills as an additional supplement. The movie star’s normal day consisted of photo shoots and filming on sets.
Monroe typically ate a simple dinner. For example, on her way home, she’d stop by the market near her hotel and buy steak, lamb chops or liver. She broiled the meat herself using an electric oven in her room and eat it with four to five carrots. For a little treat after drama class, Monroe fell into the habit of stopping at Will Wright’s ice cream parlour for a hot fudge sundae.
